Research Scientist

Location:Singapore

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for designing, developing and upgrading the core large language models (LLMs) and deep learning algorithms.
2. Conduct the research and development in various AI fields in terms of Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing.
3. Investigate and select the appropriate approaches based on the state-of-the-art academic achievements to solve real-world problems in the finance domain.

Requirements:
1. Master/PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics or similar field.
2. Good understanding of the fundamentals of NLP/CV techniques, neural networks and machine learning algorithms.
3. Proven experience in NLP/CV tasks, such as language modeling, information extraction, question answering, object detection and image segmentation, etc
4. 3+ years experience in data science aren and proficient in Python language.
5. Experience with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow or PyTorch and libraries (like scikit-learn, pandas, numpy).
6. Having experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) is a plus.
7. Having published papers in top tier conference or journal is a big plus.
8. Strong communication skills in Chinese and English

1. Planning end-to-end data models for storing, analysis, and consumption
2. Implementing data architecture and combining existing databases
3. Researching new data collection methods
4. Updating and monitoring databases
5. Automate data processing pipeline
6. Communicating with top executives and stakeholders to assess their needs and goals

Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science or similar field
2. 2+ years experience in data-relevant system development
3. Programming expertise in Python
4. Experience in RESTFul API service development and familiarity with HTTP / TCP
5. Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and key-value databases (e.g. Redis)
6. Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) process
7. Familiarity with unit testing / load testing / logging / tracing / profiling / monitoring
8. Familiarity with container techniques including Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
9. Strong communication skills in Chinese and English

1. Responsible for maintaining our machine learning framework
2. Responsible for the cleaning, processing and analysis of both unstructured and structured texts in the FinTech area
3. Participate in the development and upgrade of our machine learning and data mining algorithms

Requirements:
1. Degree in Computer Science or similar field
2. 1+ years experience in data processing, data analytics or data visualization
3. Proficient in Python programming language
4. Familiar with data analytics libraries like NumPy and Pandas
5. Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and key-value databases (e.g. Redis)
6. Experience in RESTFul API service development and familiarity with HTTP / TCP
